Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These terms govern sales concluded on gazelle-charger.com between [RAISON SOCIALE] (“the Seller”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (“the Customer”). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of them.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are those shown on the site at the time of browsing, subject to availability. TheOne charger is offered in two colours (Dusk Peach, Tee Green) and two plug types (EU, US). Photographs are not contractual; slight colour variations may exist between the screen and the delivered product.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes: in euros for the European market, in US dollars for the North American market. No tax or fee is added to the amount displayed when the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one shown at that moment. The Seller may change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already placed.

Article 4 — Orders

The Customer selects the product, its colour and plug type, enters delivery details, accepts these terms and proceeds to payment. The sale is concluded when the Seller receives payment confirmation. A summary email is sent to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any abnormal order.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, in full. Transactions are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland); no card data is collected or stored by the Seller.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer, within the areas listed on the help page. Stated timings are indicative. Where delivery is more than thirty days late, the Customer may, under article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from delivery to withdraw without justification, by any unambiguous statement sent to contact@gazelle-charger.com. The product must be returned complete and in resaleable condition within fourteen days of that statement. Return shipping is paid by the Seller: a prepaid return label is provided on request at contact@gazelle-charger.com.

Article 8 — Warranties

The product carries a commercial warranty of two (2) years from delivery, in addition to and not in place of:

the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 ff. of the French Consumer Code);
the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 ff. of the French Civil Code).

The warranty does not cover damage from abnormal use, modification of the product or impact.

Article 9 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer should contact the Seller first, then where applicable the mediator CM2C (cm2c.net), whose details appear in the legal notice, before any legal action.
