Data controller

[RAISON SOCIALE], [ADRESSE COMPLÈTE], is the controller for personal data processed through gazelle-charger.com. Contact: privacy@gazelle-charger.com. Given the nature and volume of processing, appointing a data protection officer is not required; an internal contact handles these matters.

Data collected and purposes

• Order and delivery — first and last name, postal address, email, phone. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: duration of the commercial relationship, then statutory archiving (10 years for accounting records).
• Payment — handled solely by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The Seller neither receives nor stores card data.
• Customer service — content of exchanges. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: 3 years after the last contact.
• Audience measurement — pages viewed, referrer, device type, through Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Legal basis: your consent. No measurement script loads until you accept. Retention: 14 months.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no measurement or advertising cookie before you agree. A banner offers you accept and refuse, presented with equal weight. Refusing takes nothing away from the site.

• If you accept — Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_<id> (13 months) to distinguish visitors and measure audience. Nothing is used for advertising: the ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization consents are denied by default and never turned on.
• If you refuse — no cookie is set and nothing is measured.
• Payment — Stripe sets its own cookies once you reach its payment page, for transaction security and fraud prevention.

Your choice is kept for six months, then asked again. You can change it at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer; cookies already set are then deleted.

Local storage in your browser

To keep your cart, colour, plug type and selected market from one page to the next, the site records this in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Recipients

Data is accessible to authorised internal teams and to the following processors:

• o2switch (France) — hosting of the site and of orders;
• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) — payment;
• Google Ireland Limited — audience measurement, subject to your consent;
• [TRANSPORTEUR] — delivery;
• o2switch (France) — email and customer correspondence.

No data is sold to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Hosting and payment stay within the European Union. Google, however, may transfer data to the United States for audience measurement; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. Refusing measurement cookies avoids the transfer entirely.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to give directions about your data after your death. Exercise them at privacy@gazelle-charger.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access.
