EU plug or
US plug?

TheOne comes in two versions. The output is exactly the same — one USB-C Power Delivery port, 65W. Only the wall plug changes.

The two versions of the Gazelle TheOne charger: flat US blades and round EU pins

EU plug

Round pins

Two round pins, protected by a cap. This is the plug used across continental Europe: France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and most of their neighbours.

Note: the United Kingdom and Ireland use a three flat-pin socket. The EU version needs a mechanical adapter there.

US plug

Flat blades

Two flat blades, protected by a cap. This is the North American plug: United States, Canada, Mexico, and other regions on the same standard.

Note: other countries, such as Japan (100V), share this plug shape on a different mains voltage. No issue: TheOne accepts 100 to 240V.

What does not change

The casing, the quilted pattern, both colours, the universal 100–240V input, the USB-C Power Delivery output, the 65 watts, the re-usable packaging and the two-year warranty are identical on both versions.

In both cases a cap slips over the pins. Nothing sticks out, nothing catches at the bottom of a bag.

And when travelling?

TheOne accepts 100 to 240V, 50/60Hz: nearly every electrical grid in the world. No converter, no transformer. Only the shape of the plug can change — a mechanical plug adapter, the kind sold in any airport, is enough.

If you travel often between the two continents, take the version of the country you live in: that is the one you will use three hundred days a year.
